CALL THE OFFICE IF YOUR CHILD IS LESS THAN 3 MONTHS OF AGE BEFORE GIVING ANY MEDICATIONS
DO NOT mix medications with the same components. DO NOT give your child ASPIRIN.
Use your child’s weight NOT age to select the dose
When giving the infant’s or children’s suspension, shake well before using.
Check the concentration (strength) of the acetaminophen product before each use.
Include & Exclude :
- Call our office if your child is less than 3 months old before giving any medication.
- Do NOT mix medications with the same active ingredients.
- Do NOT give your child aspirin unless directed by a healthcare provider.
- Use your child’s weight, NOT age, to determine the correct dose.
- Always shake liquid suspensions well before use.
- Check the medication concentration (strength) carefully before each dose.
